How To Make Cookie Dough Bites
Edible and buttery, these cookie dough bites make chocolatey treats with sprinkles, chocolate chips, milk, and graham crackers without the flour and eggs.

Ingredients
- 1½cupsbutter,softened
- 1½cupsbrown sugar
- 1tbspvanilla extract,pure
- 3¼cupsgraham crackers,crushed
- 1tspkosher salt
- ⅓cupwhole milk
- 1⅓cupsmini chocolate chips
- 2cupschocolate chips
- 1tbspcoconut oil
- rainbow sprinkles,for garnish
Instructions

Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in graham crackers, salt, and milk, then fold in mini chocolate chips.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough into small rounds in a single layer on the baking sheets. Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.

When the cookie dough bites are frozen, melt chocolate chips in the microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals. Stir coconut oil into the melted chocolate.

Dunk each cookie dough bite into the melted chocolate and toss until evenly coated.

Return to baking sheets, then sprinkle immediately with rainbow sprinkles.

Let set for 10 minutes, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
