How To Make Cinnamon Bread with Cheese
This cinnamon bread combines the rich flavors of egg casseroles with milky Neufchatel cheese, for a fluffy and cheesy pastry that’s baked in under an hour.

Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 10ozcrescent rolls,(1 can), reduced-fat
- ⅓cupbrown sugar
- 1tspground cinnamon
- 3ozNeufchatel cheese,(1 package), softened
- 3eggs
- ¼cupmilk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8x2-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

Pull the crescent roll dough out of the can, then slice the dough into ½-inch pieces.

Arrange the dough over the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on top, and drop teaspoonfuls of the Neufchatel cheese over.

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a small bowl, then pour it into the baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is set.
