- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the sweetcorn kernels and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
