Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it into pea-sized pieces.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Gradually pour in the milk while stirring until the mixture forms a soft dough.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
