Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked asparagus
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Add the sundried tomatoes, black olives, cooked asparagus, and fresh parsley to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
