Ingredients
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.

Add sliced onion and fry until translucent.

Add sliced green bell peppers and fry for 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and corn starch until smooth. Pour into the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
