How To Make Green Bell Pepper Soup Recipe
A delicious, creamy soup made with fresh green bell peppers and seasonings.

Ingredients
- 3 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add green bell peppers, onion, and garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
