- 8 large eggs
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and black pepper.
