Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.

Place the beef cubes in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper chunks, and onion chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
