Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 head of lettuce, washed and separated into leaves
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Place the thinly sliced beef in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove the cooked beef from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.

Arrange the lettuce cups on a serving platter. Fill each cup with the sliced beef and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
