Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves, for wrapping
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve the stir-fry beef in lettuce leaves as wraps.
