Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the skillet and add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until beef is fully coated in the sauce.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
