Ingredients
- 2 pounds of beef roast
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture onto the beef roast, making sure to cover all sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned, about 2 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness.
