Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Marinate the beef slices in the soy sauce mixture for at least 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Pour the remaining marinade over the beef in the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef nicely.

Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
