Ingredients
- 1 lb shaved beef
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat and cook the shaved beef for 3-5 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
