Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the pineapple chunks and cook for 2 minutes, until heated through.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and coated the beef and pineapple.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the green onions.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
