Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

Place steaks in a ziplock bag and pour the miso marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat grill or skillet over high heat. Remove steaks from marinade, letting excess drip off.

Add vegetable oil to the grill or skillet and cook steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Remove steaks from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired. Serve hot.
