Ingredients
- 1 lb rib-eye steak
- 4 crusty bread rolls
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or pan to high heat.

Season steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a food processor, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, oregano, and olive oil. Process until smooth to make the chimichurri sauce.

Slice the steak thinly and toss in the chimichurri sauce.

In a large bowl, mix potato wedges with vegetable oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Cut the bread rolls in half and lightly toast.

Assemble the steak sarnies by placing sliced steak on the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the remaining chimichurri sauce. Place the top half of the rolls.

Serve the steak sarnies with the cheat’s spicy fries.
