Ingredients
- 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add minced garlic and sliced chili pepper. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli. Stir well to coat evenly.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
