Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides. Remove beef from pot and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add flour and cook for another minute.

Pour in the red wine and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

Return the beef to the pot and add cranberry sauce and beef broth. Stir to combine.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender.

Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot with your choice of sides.
