Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mangetout (snow peas)
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.

Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add mangetout. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and mangetout. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Add cashews and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
