Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mangetout (snow peas)
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add mangetout. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and mangetout. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

  6. Add cashews and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
