How To Make Beef Chuck Tacos
Savory and spicy shredded beef chuck served on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 tortillas
- Toppings of your choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub seasoning mixture over beef chuck roast.

In a Dutch oven, heat some oil and sear the beef on all sides until browned.

Add in beef broth, onion, and garlic.

Cover and bake in the oven for 2 hours or until beef is tender and easy to shred.

Remove from oven and shred the beef with two forks.

Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
