Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add bell peppers and broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.
