- 1 lb beef chuck, cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions

In a large pot, brown the beef over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and beef broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
