Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions, then set aside.

In a large pan, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.

In a bowl, mix together the cooked beef mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the beef mixture into each cannelloni tube and arrange them in a baking dish.

Pour the marinara sauce over the filled cannelloni tubes, making sure they are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesy topping is golden and bubbly.
