Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add the bell pepper and onion, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the green onions.

Serve the beef and ginger stir-fry over cooked rice.
