Ingredients
- 4 bavette steaks (about 1 pound each)
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

Season the bavette steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to combine.

Grill the bavette steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Slice the steaks against the grain into thin strips.

Serve the bavette slices with a generous drizzle of chimichurri sauce.
