Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add white beans and baby spinach and cook until spinach wilts.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until cheese is melted; season with salt and pepper.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
