- 1 can (15 oz) of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a food processor, blend white beans, roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
