How To Make White Bean and Roasted Garlic Spread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 head of roasted garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut off the top of the head of garlic and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Wrap in foil and roast for 40 minutes.

In a food processor, combine the white beans, roasted garlic, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve as a dip with veggies or chips or as a spread on sandwiches.
