- 1 can (15 oz) of white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup of red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the white beans, artichoke hearts, parsley, basil, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
