A hearty and savory pasta dish made with navy beans and crispy bacon in a flavorful tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent then add garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add navy beans, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried thyme, and salt and pepper to skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.

Top with crispy bacon and serve hot.
