How To Make Recipe Chickpea Pancakes
A vegan and gluten-free savory pancake made with chickpea flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.

Slowly add water while whisking until batter is smooth and thick.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a circle using a spoon or spatula.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of chopped scallions on top of the pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Repeat with remaining batter and scallions.
