Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse chickpeas until smooth and creamy.

Add in tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt. Pulse until well combined.

Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

Serve with pita chips, veggies, or crackers.
