How To Make Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Cannellini Beans
Hearty and flavorful beans with roasted garlic and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the top of the garlic head off to expose the cloves. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until garlic is soft and fragrant.

In a mixing bowl, toss together the drained cannellini beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and add to the mixing bowl. Mix well.

Spread the beans in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the beans are crispy on the outside.
