Ingredients
- 1 can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 4 slices of rustic bread
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the cannellini beans, chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the bread and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the bread is toasted.

Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with the cannellini bean and tomato mixture.

Serve the bruschetta immediately.
