- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Additional butter for cooking
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small pat of butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Remove the crepe from the skillet and set aside.

Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
