- 1 pound of baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the baby carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the carrots are tender.

Drain the carrots and return them to the saucepan. Add the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the pan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted and the carrots are coated in the glaze.

Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the carrots are caramelized and glossy.
