Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 500g steak, thinly sliced
- 100g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill or broiler.

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until crispy and golden.

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the steak slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it into thin strips.

In a small bowl, mix the stilton cheese with minced garlic.

Spread the stilton mixture over the toasted baguette slices.

Top with slices of cooked steak.
