Ingredients
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and mushrooms.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss until well coated.

Take one spring roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface.

Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable filling onto the bottom half of the wrapper.

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and then roll it up tightly.

Seal the edge of the wrapper with a little water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat.

Carefully place the spring rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
