Ingredients
- 1 lb spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chilli. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add spinach leaves to the pan and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and lemon zest. Toast until golden brown.

Combine the toasted breadcrumbs with the cooked spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot as a side dish.
