Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, minced
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced lamb, harissa paste, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 4 equal squares.

Divide the lamb mixture equally onto the center of each puff pastry square.

Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle shape and press the edges to seal.

Brush the pasties with beaten egg wash.

Place the pasties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pasties are golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
