Ingredients
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying

In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, bread crumbs, Swiss cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and beaten eggs.
