Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced green onion
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 mini phyllo cups
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, diced green onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture into each phyllo cup.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the phyllo cups are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
