Ingredients
- 4 slices of artisan bread
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until crisp.

In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with honey until well combined.

Spread a generous amount of the ricotta mixture on each toast.

Top with fresh blackberries and sprinkle with pine nuts.
