Ingredients

  • 4 slices of artisan bread
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until crisp.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with honey until well combined.

  4. Spread a generous amount of the ricotta mixture on each toast.

  5. Top with fresh blackberries and sprinkle with pine nuts.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
