Ingredients
- 4 sheets of filo pastry
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay one sheet of filo pastry flat on a clean work surface and brush lightly with olive oil.

Place another sheet of filo pastry on top of the first one and brush with olive oil again. Repeat with the remaining two sheets of filo pastry.

Cut the stacked filo pastry into long strips, about 2 cm wide.

Place a small amount of crumbled feta cheese and chopped dates at the end of each strip. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Roll each strip tightly, forming a straw shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the filo straws with olive oil and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serve the filo straws with your favorite dipping sauce.
