Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sliced baguette or tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until the onions are caramelized and peppers are tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the cooked steak, caramelized onions, and peppers. Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
