Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat.

Cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has thickened.
