Ingredients
- 8 mini venison sausages
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.

In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, honey, and Dijon mustard. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until blueberries burst and sauce thickens.

Grill venison sausages until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Toast hot dog buns on the grill for a few seconds until lightly charred.

Place 2 sausages in each hot dog bun. Top with blueberry sauce, diced red onions, crumbled blue cheese, and fresh parsley.
