Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded gammon
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the shredded gammon for 1 minute or until heated through.

  3. Spread out the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Top the tortilla chips with the shredded gammon and shredded cheddar cheese.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro.

  7. Serve the melted nachos with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
